It increases circulation, stimulates organ function. It helps your body detox and improves sleep. It also has many other potential benefits, such as slowing aging, nourishing your skin or preventing injury. It relieves tired, sore, aching muscles which promote healing to your entire body. It also gives you time for some self reflection and our busy times, taking a break might be just what you need.
Any massage oil can be used for daily massages or specific essential oils can be used for physical, mental, and emotional benefits. A good basic massage oil is jojoba oil or sweet almond oil.

Vitamins and supplements are products designed to augment your daily intake of nutrients, including minerals. Dietary supplements include amino acids, fatty acids, enzymes, probiotics, herbals, botanicals, and animal extracts.
